  My husband and I used this company to repair our washing machine... or so that was the goal. Long story short they came out on three separate occasions to fix the issue that they didn’t fix prior. When our washer finally completely gave out because they misdiagnosed and did not fix the original problem, they refused to give us our money back and refused to fix the washer. Now we have to buy a whole new washing machine and are out hundreds and hundreds of dollars. What my husband and I don’t understand… Why not give us our money back so that we can at least say that they treated us right even though they were able to fix the issue? Isn’t it worth $220 to keep a good name? Apparently not to Appliance Network. We will never use them again and will make sure to warn others before calling this company.
