  If your job to help customers and adopt out pets, please do so without being rude. And if a paying customer asks for paper work don't pretend you're going to go get it and then not. A good cat lost a good home because these people can't take the time. Will not be back and i was so happy to get one closer!

  We have taken our dog in there twice now. Because it's more convenient for us to take him there. We had taken him to multiple places and had his nails clipped many times before. No one else has ever complained about him. But for some reason both times we have taken him there they say that he tries to bite them. He has never tried to bite anyone ever. He's a puppy, he's hyper, he's happy. He's not dangerous, he's not a biter. The only people that have ever said he tried to bite them is the employees cutting his nails here. They must be the problem. Don't tell me my dog is mean and not finish what we asked you to do if the problem is you. Oh and the second time we took him there we got back to our vehicle and his tongue was bleeding, drilling blood all over our vehicle.
