  No customers there but Tony played dumb as Im not pretty young woman and would not help me with my phone which was bought at a verizon store. Thinks I'm stupid. Will notify verizon, etc.

  Spent $30+ on a tempered glass screen protector that came with a warranty. I had issues with it chipping around all of the edges and peeling. Went back to the store and was told that to get the warranty I had to register the product online. A store employee put the screen protector on and asked if I wanted the box it came in. I said no, and no one ever mentioned having to register. I was told when I bought it I could just bring it in if there were issues. This is false advertising and should be illegal.
